Job Description

• Evaluates bidding documents and comply with the pertinent files needed by the client.
• Checks lay-out plans to adhere with client requirements and specifications.
• Calculate hot water requirements and draft designs for hot water system.
• Coordinate with the operations department with the needed lay-out drawings and inclusions with the Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Coordinate with the Sales Agents regarding project details and scope of works per project.
• Drafts Request for Quotation and ensures correct technical detailing of equipment with prices.
• Requests prices to Purchasing and EA as needed per project and submit project details for supplier outsourcing.
• Drafts Request for BOM preparation and specify project descriptions as per requirement.
• Ensures all the Tender Documents, Bill of Quantities and Technical Data Sheets are in compliance with the client requirements.
• Ensures all brand specified for Materials will be complied and duly coordinated with the client and inter departments.
• Drafts formal letters as requested for Progress Billing, Project Updates and Project Concerns.
• Make sure all the bidding documents were submitted to the client before or on target date of submission.
• Conducts product sizing of various equipment and selects model to be specified in a particular project.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Assistant with the proposal requests and give the technical information as required.
• Answers client queries pertaining the technical information of the product.
• Creates Quotation Bank and follow up statuses to the specific Account Holders.
• Attends project coordination meeting as per Manager’s instruction.
• Report to Sales and Marketing Manager regarding project updates and other duties to be assigned.

Qualifications
