MAAPHILS HR is seeking a proactive Project Engineer for on-site work in Manila. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for a full-time role, with responsibilities spanning project planning, scheduling, coordination with clients and vendors, and on-site supervision.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, coordination, monitoring, and implementation to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise overall project implementation and site activities
• Prepare project schedules, work plans, and accomplishment reports
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams
• Assist in project planning, estimation, budgeting, and material take-off
• Ensure project works are executed according to approved plans, specifications, and standards
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment utilization
• Conduct regular site inspections and project progress evaluations

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering, BS Mechanical Engineering, or other related Engineering courses
• Preferably a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE), Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME), or other licensed Engineer

• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to do site work and field assignments
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own motorcycle
