Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in electrical/electronic engineering, preferably renewables.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuit design and power electronics.
• Familiarity with design tools such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, PSPICE.

About the role

ONE RENEWABLE ENERGY ENTERPRISE INC is seeking a Technical Engineer to join our growing team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of renewable energy solutions. As a Technical Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our mission to advance sustainable energy technologies, working on complex electrical and electronic systems that power our innovative renewable energy projects. This role is essential to ensuring the technical excellence and reliability of our products and services.

What you'll be doing

• Design, develop, and test electrical and electronic systems for renewable energy applications
• Conduct technical analysis and feasibility studies for new renewable energy projects and solutions
• Prepare detailed technical specifications, schematics, and design documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, procurement, and operations to ensure successful project delivery
• Monitor and evaluate system performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical and electronic components
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines
• Conduct quality assurance testing and validation of renewable energy systems
• Support the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of renewable energy equipment
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and project records

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in electrical or electronic engineering, preferably in the renewable energy or power generation sector
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuit design, and power electronics
• Proficiency with engineering design software and tools such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, PSPICE, or equivalent
• Knowledge of renewable energy technologies including solar, wind, or hybrid systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations such as IEC, IEEE, and local electrical codes
• Professional certification or licensure as an engineer (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience with project management and technical reporting
