Job summary

Newcore Industries International Inc. seeks a senior Architect to lead design teams in building science, materials, and constructability. You will translate concepts into detailed drawings and specifications, while enforcing QA on project documentation.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Architecture; licensure is a plus. Proficiency in CAD, AutoCAD, Revit and BIM is required. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to mentor staff and deliver coordinated projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Licensure: Licensed Architect is an advantage but not required.
• Proficient in CAD, AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, construction principles, building materials, and local codes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, planning, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Experience in preparing construction documents across project stages.

Responsibilities
