Job summary

ARTHALAND in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Architect to develop and coordinate architectural designs for real estate development projects. You will ensure design quality, functionality, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

The role requires a licensed Architect with 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong BIM and CAD skills, and the ability to lead design reviews, coordinate with consultants, and oversee project documentation from concept to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and professional licensure.
• Licensed Architect with 5–7 years in real estate development.
• Proficient in BIM and CAD; knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D is an advantage.
• Strong design, technical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, plans, drawings and design presentations.
• Coordinate designs with structural, MEPF, civil, landscape, and other consultants.
• Review drawings, plans, specifications, and technical submissions.
• Participate in design development, design reviews, and project coordination meetings.
• Conduct site visits and provide design-related support during project implementation.
