Overview

• Lead and oversee architectural design projects for company buildings, offices, or other spaces. Ensure designs align with company objectives, brand and operational needs. Provide innovative and sustainable design solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional goals.
• Manage multiple architectural projects from concept to completion. Supervise project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure all designs specifications are met.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site evaluations, and space planning to inform designs decisions. Analyze zoning laws building codes, and other regulatory requirements to ensure compliance. Work closely with legal and regulatory bodies to ensure necessary approvals.
• Work closely with construction teams, engineers,and consultants to ensure designs are executable. Provide recommendations for cost-effective and energy-efficient building materials and solutions.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, models,and specifications to ensure they meet quality standards. Ensure that design changes are properly documented and communicated to all stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing support for building maintenance , retrofitting, and renovations as needed. Conduct assessment of existing company spaces and recommend improvement or upgrades.
• Create project budgets and monitor expenses to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Licensure: Licensed Architect
• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience as a licensed architect, preferably with in-house or corporate project experience.
