Design and Technical Work

• Prepare and develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Conceptualize and refine design ideas based on project requirements and client feedback.
• Ensure all drawings comply with building codes, zoning laws, and industry standards.
• Conduct site inspections to verify design implementation and resolve design-related issues.
• Review and update technical specifications, materials, and design details as needed.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with structural, electrical, and mechanical consultants to ensure design integration.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients during design and construction phases.
• Assist in preparing documentation for permits and construction.
• Monitor project progress and provide design clarifications when required.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure architectural documents are accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule.
• Conduct design and technical reviews before submission to clients or authorities.
• Maintain organized project documentation and drawing archives.

Others

• Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

General and Functional Skills

• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction processes.
