Job summary

Uni-President Information Philippines Corp. is seeking a System Designer (Technical Coordinator) to bridge Taiwan PMs/SAs with the Philippine programmers.

You will ensure accurate translation of business requirements into robust technical deliverables and drive alignment across teams. The role requires 3+ years in system design or equivalent, strong communication in English and Mandarin, and hands-on knowledge of architecture, databases, and API guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a System Designer, Senior Developer, Technical Coordinator, or similar role.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong understanding of system architecture and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
• Knowledge of API specifications and integration concepts.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar.
• Ability to read, write, review, and critique System Design Specifications (SDS).
• Willingness to participate in 1–2 weeks of on-site practical training in Taiwan every two months.

About the role

Your primary mission will be to ensure seamless communication and technical alignment between the Project Manager (PM) / System Analysts (SA) in Taiwan and the Programmers (PG) in the Philippines, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into high-quality technical deliverables.
