Job summary

Ideagen is seeking a Technical Consultant to support the delivery of technical solutions, including data migration, system configuration, and testing, within a SaaS environment. The role is hybrid and full-time, with guidance from senior colleagues across the Professional Services team.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in technical delivery, understands data concepts, and communicates clearly with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience supporting technical delivery in SaaS/IT services.
• Exposure to data migration, systems integration, automation, security, or networking.
• Basic knowledge of data imports, mappings and data validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication; collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Support data preparation, validation and basic configuration.
• Assist with integration setup, testing and documentation.

• Escalate risks, defects or uncertainties early.

We're looking for a Technical Consultant to support the delivery of technical solutions by assisting with integrations, data migration, system configuration, and testing activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a technology professional looking to expand their expertise in SaaS implementations, technical consulting, and customer-focused project delivery while working with a diverse range of clients and solutions.

Key responsibilities

Support technical tasks such as data preparation, validation, and basic configuration

Assist with integration setup, testing, and documentation

Maintain accurate technical documentation and artefacts

Escalate technical risks, defects, or uncertainties early

Work closely with Senior and Standard Technical Consultants, Solution Consultants and Project Managers under close technical guidance

Communicate progress, blockers, and risks to peers and leaders

About you

Preferably 3+ years of experience supporting technical delivery initiatives within a SaaS, IT, or professional services environment, with exposure to areas such as data migration, systems integration, automation, security, or networking.

Basic knowledge of data concepts such as imports, mappings, and data validation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Experience or exposure to technical delivery, IT services, SaaS solutions, or professional services environments.

Ability to work collaboratively within a project or delivery team.
