Job summary

Ideagen is seeking a Technical Consultant to support the delivery of technical solutions by assisting with integrations, data migration, system configuration, and testing activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a technology professional looking to expand expertise in SaaS implementations, technical consulting, and customer-focused project delivery while working with a diverse range of clients and solutions.

We offer a hybrid, full-time position within the Professional Services function.

Qualifications

• Preferably 3+ years of experience supporting technical delivery initiatives within a SaaS, IT, or professional services environment, with exposure to areas such as data migration, systems integration, automation, security, or networking.
• Basic knowledge of data concepts such as imports, mappings, and data validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience or exposure to technical delivery, IT services, SaaS solutions, or professional services environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a project or delivery team.

Responsibilities

• Support technical delivery activities including data preparation, validation, and platform configuration.
• Assist with integration setup, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate project and technical documentation.
• Monitor and report technical risks, defects, and issues, escalating where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Technical Consultants, Solution Consultants, and Project Managers to deliver customer projects successfully.
• Communicate project progress, blockers, and updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Follow established technical standards, project governance processes, and delivery frameworks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities within the team.
