Job summary

Ideagen is seeking an organized and proactive Associate Project Manager to support successful delivery of customer projects from our Clark, Philippines location. You will coordinate activities, maintain key documentation, and ensure projects stay on track while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will work with experienced Project Managers in a hybrid full-time setting, helping to drive project planning, reporting, and continuous improvement within the delivery team.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of project management principles.
• Experience supporting coordination activities (scheduling, meetings, reporting).
• Exposure to professional services, SaaS, consulting, or project delivery environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, and status reporting.
• Maintain project documentation (risk, issue, action logs).
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and project communications.
• Track project tasks and follow up on actions to ensure timely completion.
• Identify and escalate project risks, issues, or delays.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, consultants and internal delivery teams.
• Help drive efficient project execution by ensuring information is accurate, organised, and up to date.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the delivery team.

In this role, you will work closely with experienced Project Managers and cross-functional teams, helping to coordinate project activities, maintain key documentation, and ensure projects stay on track for successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, and status reporting activities.
• Maintain project documentation, including risk, issue, and action registers.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project communications.
• Track project tasks and follow up on actions to ensure timely completion.
• Identify and escape project risks, issues, or delays when appropriate.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, consultants, and internal delivery teams.Help drive efficient project execution by ensuring information is accurate, organised, and up to date.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the delivery team.
