Job summary

Ideagen is seeking an organized Associate Project Manager in a hybrid, full-time role based in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. You will support delivery of customer projects by coordinating activities, maintaining documentation, and tracking actions across cross-functional teams.

You will work with experienced project managers and delivery teams to ensure projects stay on track, manage risks, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting project coordination activities such as scheduling, meeting coordination, reporting, or action tracking.
• Exposure to professional services, SaaS, consulting, or project delivery environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, and status reporting activities.
• Maintain project documentation, including risk, issue, and action registers.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project communications.
• Track project tasks and follow up on actions to ensure timely completion.
• Identify and escalate project risks, issues, or delays when appropriate.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, consultants, and internal delivery teams to drive efficient execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the delivery team.

We are looking for an organized and proactive Associate Project Manager to support the successful delivery of customer projects. In this role, you will work closely with experienced Project Managers and cross-functional teams, helping to coordinate project activities, maintain key documentation, and ensure projects stay on track for successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, and status reporting activities.
• Maintain project documentation, including risk, issue, and action registers.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project communications.
• Track project tasks and follow up on actions to ensure timely completion.
• Identify and escape project risks, issues, or delays when appropriate.
