Metrobank is seeking a Product and Process Analyst (Technical Business Analyst) to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions. You will liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, drive requirements gathering, process improvement, and system implementation across APIs, integrations, and data flows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Business Analysis, System Integration, or Software Development.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Experience working on API development and integration projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and business process modeling tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirements-gathering skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in delivering technology solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, data analysis, and process improvement practices is an advantage.
