Job summary

AvePoint is seeking a fresh graduate to join the AvePoint Technical Enrichment Program (ATEP) as a Technical Associate. This six-month apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in technical support and project management, with mentorship from senior staff.

You will collaborate with the project management team, contribute to ongoing projects, and gain exposure to product support strategies. A potential full-time role may be offered after successful completion of the program.

Qualifications

• Recent IT/CS/Engineering/Business degree or related field.
• Interest in project management and technical support.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and finalization of projects to learn PM basics.
• Assist in development and implementation of product support strategies.
• Coordinate project tasks and deliverables under supervision of senior PMs.
• Utilize software knowledge to provide effective resolutions to customer issues.
