Job summary

Lotte-Gulermak-EEI Joint Venture in Laguna, Philippines seeks an experienced Project Controls/PM professional to support the PMT. Coordinate across Construction, Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Cost Control, and more to track schedules, milestones, and costs for senior management.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with 10+ years in infrastructure or heavy civil construction, strong communication and reporting skills; Primavera P6 knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Licensed Civil Engineer preferred).
• At least ten (10) years of relevant experience in construction.
• Preferably with experience in Project Controls or Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of Planning & Scheduling, Construction Management, Procurement & Cost Control.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure, railway, or heavy civil projects is a plus.
• Excellent communication, coordination, analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Primavera P6 is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and management support to the Project Management Team (PMT).
• Coordinate and monitor activities across Construction, Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Commercial, Cost Control, Contracts, QA/QC, HSE, and Administration.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, procurement status, engineering deliverables, project costs, and overall project performance.
• Prepare executive reports, management dashboards, and progress summaries for senior management.
• Track management action items and ensure timely implementation of decisions.
• Identify project risks, monitor mitigation measures, and recommend practical solutions.
• Support the continuous improvement of project management systems, reporting processes, and operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Licensed Civil Engineer preferred).

• Preferably with substantial experience in Project Controls or Project Management.

• Strong understanding of:
