Imperial Enterprise and Development Corporation is seeking a Project Engineer to coordinate skilled and unskilled labor, foremen, and subcontractors on construction sites in the Philippines. You will be the main liaison between the Construction Project Manager, site teams, and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget project execution.

The Project Engineer will manage the coordination of skilled and non-skilled labor, including foremen, and subcontractors ensuring work is completed according to project specifications, on time, and within budget. You will be a key point of contact between the Construction Project Manager, site teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution.
Oversees the activities of foremen, skilled, and non-skilled workers on-site to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.
Oversee and manage government project implementation
Prepare accurate cost estimates and project budgets
Develop, update, and monitor Gantt charts and project schedules
Supervises daily work activities, ensuring workers are performing tasks efficiently and according to safety protocols.
Coordinates and manages the work of subcontractors, laborers, and site personnel.
Ensures all construction work is completed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Conducts daily inspections and assessments of work being performed, identify quality issues, and provide guidance for corrective actions.
Reports any discrepancies or non-compliance to the Project Manager and work to resolve them.
Enforces all safety procedures and policies on the construction site to ensure a safe work environment.
Monitors daily safety performance and conduct toolbox talks to reinforce safety protocols with the team.
Ensures compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company safety standards.
Coordinates the delivery and storage of construction materials and ensure the necessary tools and equipment are available and in working condition.
Assists with managing inventory and minimizing wastage on-site.
Tracks daily progress and ensure that construction activities align with the project schedule and timelines.
Ensures proper documentation of daily activities, site inspections, and progress reports.
Provides clear instructions to foremen, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
Motivates, supervises, and monitors the performance of foremen and construction crews, both skilled and non-skilled workers.
Maintains strong communication with workers, resolving any conflicts or issues promptly.
Addresses any issues that arise on-site, whether related to personnel, materials, or unforeseen construction challenges.
Proactively finds solutions to site challenges and make recommendations for improving efficiency and reducing costs.
Assists in preparing daily logs, work orders, material requests, and other required documentation.
Ensures all documentation is completed accurately and submitted to the Project Manager on time.
