A Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion. The role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards. The Project Manager works closely with clients, management, team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
1. Plan, organize, and manage projects from initiation through completion.
2. Develop project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
3. Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
4. Coordinate project activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and standards.
5. Monitor project progress and identify technical issues, risks, delays, and resource constraints.
6. Coordinate with technical teams, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
7. Review technical documents, project reports, plans, specifications, and other project-related documentation.
8. Ensure that project outputs meet required technical, quality, safety, and performance standards.
9. Evaluate project requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions when necessary.
10. Monitor the utilization of project resources, equipment, materials, and manpower.
11. Conduct regular project meetings, site inspections, progress reviews, and coordination activities.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, construction management or a related position.
Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and managing projects from start to completion.
Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools/software.
Knowledge of project management methodologies, quality standards, and risk management.
Ability to prepare and interpret project plans, reports, schedules, and other project documentation.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
