Job summary

AboitizPower in Makati is seeking a Technical Assistant to provide proactive support to the CHRO and the HR team. You will help manage calendars, prepare updates, and ensure timely communication of programs and initiatives while maintaining confidentiality.

With 2+ years of technical administrative experience, you will collaborate with executives, coordinate with direct reports, and contribute to energizing our people programs and community impact.

Qualifications

As Technical Assistant, you will provide proactive support and assistance to the CHRO in efficiently and smoothly managing the department and meeting its objectives. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Coordination- Works closely and coordinates with all direct reports of the CHRO and department TMs as necessary. Communicates directly and on behalf of the CHRO (as directed by the CHRO), for program/initiative updates and other data/info needed from direct reports and other executives.
• Technical Assistance - Works closely and effectively with the CHRO to keep her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Acts as a “barometer”, having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the Group Head updated. Helps CHRO make consistent decisions by advising her with historical precedents. Manages calendar, appointments and meeting schedules.Maintains a log of organizations/POCs expressing an interest in working with AP in relation to HR.
