Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking an IT Strategic Business Partner in Makati City. You will align IT initiatives with business goals, acting as the strategic partner to AP Executives and their units, and drive technology-enabled transformations in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

You will work with the Information Systems Group to deliver results, manage risks, and communicate priorities clearly across the organization, shaping energy outcomes for a sustainable future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering or related field; master's degree advantageous.
• Minimum 7 years IT experience with 3–5 years in a Business Partner role.
• Proven project management experience delivering technology-enabled business change and influencing service strategy.
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management; effective written and verbal communication across levels.
• Interpersonal skills to inspire, motivate, coach and develop colleagues to high performance.

As IT Strategic Business Partner, you will act as the strategic partner of AP Executives and their respective units for all IT-related matters, as well as, serving proactively as a trusted advisor and the single point of contact in IT for the assigned units. Communicates decisions, priorities and relevant information to appropriate levels of the business regarding business requests, projects and initiatives. And contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the Information Systems Group to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

What You Will Need

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or any 4-year related course. Masteral Degree is an advantage.
• Professional: At least 7 years IT experience with 3-5 years in a Business Partner position.
• Project Management: Proven experience of leading technology-enabled business change and influencing service strategy and putting the customer first.
• Relationship Management: Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization, skilled in written and verbal communication to influence and engage others effectively
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, coach and develop colleagues to high levels of performance

Technical / Functional Skills

• ITIL Service Management preferred
