AboitizPower is seeking an IT Strategic Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to AP Executives and unit leaders, aligning IT initiatives with business goals. You will collaborate with the Information Systems Group to deliver results, manage risks, and accelerate digital transformation across the organization.

In this role, you will lead strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional planning while mentoring teams to excel in a purpose-driven energy company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or any 4-year related course.
• Masteral Degree is an advantage.
• At least 7 years IT experience with 3-5 years in a Business Partner position.
• Experience leading technology-enabled business change and influencing service strategy.
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to inspire and engage others.

As IT Strategic Business Partner, you will act as the strategic partner of AP Executives and their respective units for all IT-related matters, as well as, serving proactively as a trusted advisor and the single point of contact in IT for the assigned units. Communicates decisions, priorities and relevant information to appropriate levels of the business regarding business requests, projects and initiatives. And contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the Information Systems Group to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

Technical / Functional Skills:
