Job summary

Outsourced.ph, based in the Philippines, seeks a Technical Accounting Manager to guide complex accounting matters and ensure compliant financial reporting. You will partner with Finance, Tax, Legal, Treasury, FP&A and other stakeholders to assess transactions, implement standards, and maintain consistent accounting policies across the organization.

The role covers technical guidance, policy development, and collaboration with external auditors, with a hybrid work setup in Manila and onsite twice

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CA/ACCA/CPA/ACA or equivalent.
• 8–12 years of relevant accounting/financial reporting experience with technical accounting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical accounting guidance on complex and non-routine transactions.
• Prepare technical accounting position papers and memos for significant transactions.
• Support quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures.
• Lead implementation of new accounting standards and policies.
• Coordinate with auditors and finance stakeholders on accounting matters.
• Develop accounting policies, controls, and training materials.
