Job summary

Outsourced.ph in the Philippines seeks a Senior Technical Finance Manager to provide expert guidance on complex accounting matters, ensuring IFRS/US GAAP compliance and supporting financial reporting for significant transactions.

The role partners with Finance, Tax, Legal, Treasury, FP&A, and other stakeholders in a hybrid work model at Eastwood. Requires 8–12 years in technical accounting and professional qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, ACA, or equivalent.
• 8–12 years of relevant accounting/financial reporting experience, including significant experience in technical accounting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions.
• Research and interpret IFRS / US GAAP / applicable local GAAP requirements.
• Prepare technical accounting position papers and accounting memos for significant transactions.
• Evaluate accounting implications of acquisitions, disposals, business combinations, investments, financing arrangements, leases, revenue contracts, and other complex transactions.
• Lead implementation projects for new accounting standards and develop policies.
