Broadridge is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary technical and operational partner for our clients, ensuring successful delivery and ongoing optimization of the Tbricks trading platform and related solutions.

You will work cross-functionally to understand client objectives, manage complex technical challenges, and coordinate with internal teams to meet service levels and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or similar client-facing tech roles.
• Experience with enterprise software and capital markets platforms.
• Strong understanding of APIs, networking, and system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned clients.
• Ensure service levels, KPIs, and customer expectations are met.
• Lead service reviews and regular updates with customers.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues.
• Monitor performance and drive improvements for customer outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and renewals within accounts.
