Broadridge Connectivity Solutions is seeking a Technical Account Manager to be the primary technical and operational partner for our clients, ensuring successful delivery and ongoing optimization of the Tbricks trading platform and related solutions.

This role blends technical expertise with service delivery, client relationship management, and issue resolution as you work with clients to meet objectives, monitor performance, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure commitments and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• 5+ years in Technical Account Management or similar client-facing role.
• Experience with enterprise software, trading platforms, or capital markets.
• Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as trusted advisor.
• Ensure service levels, KPIs, and expectations are met or exceeded.
• Lead regular service reviews and customer status updates.
• Collaborate with clients to understand objectives and evolving needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Tbricks products and platform capabilities.
• Troubleshoot complex issues with Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and propose improvements.
• Track and report customer success metrics and KPIs.
• Support project delivery by managing scope, timelines, and risks.
• Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering for feedback.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and renewals.
• Promote customer adoption and long-term success.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve engagement and delivery.
• Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
