Job summary

Everise is seeking a Manager - Technical Account to serve as the liaison between clients and Everise IT. You will identify technical issues, drive remediation, and work with IT and Client Services to ensure fast resolutions and proactive improvements.

You will lead projects end-to-end, build strategic client relationships at IT leadership levels, and help drive growth by aligning IT capabilities with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 7–10 years IT services/consulting.
• Fundamental knowledge across mobility, cloud, networks, databases, and security.
• IT project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive management of technical issues for clients.
• Manage projects from conception to launch with stakeholders.
• Develop and report key IT engagement metrics.
• Build strategic relationships with IT directors and business leaders.
• Offer insights on market forces affecting clients and drive new opportunities.
• Act as a change agent to evolve clients' IT use for better outcomes.
• Collaborate with services sales to grow account profitability.
• Ensure portfolio profitability and oversee contracts and expenses.
• Share best practices with the team and stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships across internal delivery teams and client lines.
