Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Tech. Stack Portfolio Project Manager in the Philippines to oversee end-to-end coordination of software licence renewals and related procurement activities.

You will drive renewal schedules, lead weekly scrums, and coordinate across IT, Finance, and platform owners to ensure timely renewals. You will collaborate with Compliance on CASPR, Infosec, and Data governance, while maintaining the ERP/ESP inventory and cross-charges for major platforms and tools like Snowflake, Tableau,

Qualifications

• Must manage end-to-end licence renewals and procurement documentation.
• Proactively escalate timeline risks and remove roadblocks.
• Coordinate weekly renewals scrums with platform owners and IT/Finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage timely renewal of software licences with 9-month window before end of contracts.
• Lead documentation for Procure­ment processes and cross-charge forecasting.
• Document and track compliance status (CASPR, Infosec, Privacy, Workers Council, Responsible AI).
• Maintain and govern Enterprise IT ESP application inventory with Marketing platforms and owners.
