Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Professional, Technical Support to join the Sales Journey team. The role focuses on account activation, onboarding, and coordination with sellers and partners through email and customer interactions.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of BPO experience in onboarding, renewals, and customer service, with strong MS Excel and English communication skills; willingness to work shifting schedules including days and nights.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any course or a high school diploma with at least 5 years of functional experience.
• At least 4 years of BPO experience with onboarding new customers, renewals, customer service, or related roles.
• Background in supply chain or IT distribution is highly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel for reporting and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Provide email and customer support for account activation and onboarding.
• Coordinate with sellers and partners to ensure smooth onboarding and support.
• Follow up on contracts to drive revenue and ensure timely processing.
• Manage quote renewals for software/license renewals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales operations and customer experience.
