Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a Professional Technical Billing Support Engineer to join our high-performing support team and provide expert-level billing technical assistance to our customers and partners.

You will resolve complex billing and invoice issues, reproduce problems, coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, and Vendor teams, and contribute to continuous product and process improvements—delivering an exceptional customer experience across cloud and hardware solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years in technical support roles.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and APIs.
• Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk or Jira.
• Experience creating technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to complex technical support requests via phone, email, and portals.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues involving software, cloud APIs, integrations, and infrastructure.
• Document interactions and updates in the ticketing system.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Vendor teams for improvements.
• Serve as SME on the Ingram Micro Xvantage platform.
• Ensure issues meet SLOs with cross-functional partners.
