Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor for technology products to manage daily store operations in BGC, Taguig City. The role requires leading the sales team, driving performance, and delivering excellent customer service for laptops, gadgets, and tech accessories.

The candidate should have 2–4 years in retail supervision or sales leadership, with knowledge of POS systems and inventory control. On-site work, Monday to Saturday, is required.

Qualifications

• College level or college graduate
• 2–4 years of experience in retail supervision or sales leadership
• Experience in gadget/electronics/computer retail is an advantage
• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory monitoring and stock management
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills
• Sales-driven, organized and able to meet sales targets
• Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig City, Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflow and team productivity
• Monitor sales targets, track performance and implement strategies to achieve sales objectives
• Supervise, coach and motivate sales staff to improve product knowledge and customer service
• Assist customers with product recommendations, inquiries, and purchasing decisions involving laptops, computers, gadgets, and technology accessories
• Monitor inventory levels, ensure accurate stock records, and coordinate timely stock replenishment
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally to maintain customer satisfaction
• Ensure proper product merchandising, store cleanliness, and attractive product displays
• Monitor POS transactions and ensure compliance with store policies and operational procedures
• Prepare and submit sales reports, inventory updates, and other operational reports
• Ensure the team consistently delivers excellent customer service and achieves store performance goals
