Job summary

PM Consulting seeks a results‑oriented Sales Team Leader for Technology Products in BGC, Taguig City. You will guide a team of sales associates, drive targets, and ensure outstanding customer service in a fast‑paced electronics retail setting.

The role requires 2–4 years in sales leadership, strong knowledge of laptops, gadgets and accessories, and excellent coaching, communication, and inventory awareness. On‑site work Monday to Saturday with a full‑time schedule.

Qualifications

• College level or college graduate
• At least 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably with team leadership or supervisory responsibilities
• Experience in technology products, computer retail, gadgets, or electronics is an advantage
• Knowledge of laptops, computers, mobile devices, and technology accessories
• Proven ability to monitor sales performance and achieve sales targets
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Familiarity with POS systems, sales reporting, and inventory monitoring
• Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig City, from Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Monitor daily sales performance, identify gaps, and implement strategies to improve results
• Guide customers in selecting appropriate technology products based on their needs and budget
• Ensure the team maintains strong product knowledge and provides accurate product information
• Conduct regular coaching and on-the-job training to improve selling techniques and customer engagement
• Monitor product availability, inventory levels, and stock replenishment requirements
• Assist in handling customer concerns, product inquiries, and sales-related issues
• Ensure proper product displays, merchandising standards, and store presentation
• Monitor sales transactions and ensure compliance with store policies and procedures
• Prepare daily sales updates and performance reports for management
• Support promotional activities and sales initiatives to increase revenue and customer engagement
