Job summary

Our Clients in Taguig City is seeking a results-oriented Sales Team Leader for Technology Products to guide a team of sales associates and achieve targets. You will coach, train, and drive performance while delivering excellent customer service in a busy on-site retail environment.

The role requires leadership in technology product knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to manage inventory and reporting. On-site work Monday through Saturday in BGC, Taguig.

Qualifications

• College Level or College Graduate.
• 2–4 years of sales experience with leadership duties.
• Experience in technology products or electronics is a plus.
• Knowledge of laptops, computers, mobiles, and tech accessories.
• Proven ability to monitor sales performance and targets.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems, sales reporting, and inventory monitoring.
• Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig City, Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate sales associates to achieve targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance and implement improvement strategies.
• Guide customers in selecting tech products based on needs and budget.
• Ensure strong product knowledge and accurate information.
• Coach and train staff to improve selling techniques.
• Monitor product availability, inventory levels, and stock replenishment.
• Handle customer concerns and sales-related inquiries.
• Ensure proper product displays and store presentation.
• Monitor transactions and ensure policy compliance.
• Prepare daily sales updates and performance reports.
• Support promotional activities to boost revenue and engagement.
