Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Store Supervisor in Taguig to oversee daily store operations and drive sales performance. You will lead a team, train staff, assist customers with laptops and tech products, and uphold high service standards.

Strong leadership, customer service excellence, and knowledge of POS and inventory management are essential to meet targets and ensure smooth store performance.

Qualifications

• College-level education or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory, team leadership, or management position.
• Experience in retail sales and store operations, preferably electronics/technology.
• Knowledge of laptops, computer hardware, accessories, POS systems, and inventory management procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, customer service, and team management abilities with a focus on sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficient workflows and productive teams.
• Lead, train, and motivate sales personnel to achieve sales targets and business goals.
• Assist customers in selecting laptops, computers, and tech products based on requirements.
• Promote product knowledge, professionalism, and responsiveness to ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor sales results, inventory movement, and POS transactions; resolve customer issues and support staff development.
