Job summary

AvePoint is seeking a motivated Technical Associate for its AvePoint Technical Enrichment Program (ATEP) in Cebu City, Philippines. This 6-month apprenticeship provides hands-on experience in technical support and project management under senior guidance.

Graduates from IT, CS, Engineering, Business, or related fields will gain exposure to planning, execution, and delivery of projects, with opportunities for a full-time role upon successful completion.

Qualifications

• A recent graduate of a related IT field (IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Management, etc.)
• Strong interest in project management and technical support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support and participate in the planning, execution, and finalization of projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, focusing on learning the core aspects of project management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of product support strategies.
• Assist in coordinating and managing project tasks and deliverables under the guidance of senior project managers.
• Utilizing your knowledge of our software to deliver effective resolutions and answers to customer issues and inquiries under supervision.
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on possible improvements to products and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progression.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, timeframes, schedule, and budget.
• Monitor and track project performance and report any issues to the project manager.
• Provide administrative support and other tasks as needed.
