AvePoint is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to join our hybrid team in the Philippines. You will work closely with the Customer Success Team on adoption, enablement, configurations, and utilization of AvePoint Confidence Platform solutions for our customers.

The role emphasizes technical problem solving, proactive customer engagement, and ownership of value-delivery through workshops, how-to content, and best-practice guidance. Night-shift alignment with US time zones is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related technical field.
• 2-3 years in a technical role supporting customers or users.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with Customer Success Team to assist adoption, enablement, configuration, and utilization of AvePoint solutions.
• Respond to customer engagements with product health checks and onboarding activities.
• Lead customer workshop sessions and provide best practice recommendations.
