Job summary

Pax8 is seeking a Technology Operations Engineer II in Manila to join its Global Technology Operations team. You will resolve complex incidents, mentor Level 1 engineers, and drive improvements across AzureAD/Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365.

This role is based in Makati with a rotating schedule across regions. Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in IT support, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in IT support or similar technical role.
• Strong troubleshooting across devices, applications, and cloud services.
• Experience with AzureAD/Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365 and related enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve advanced incidents across hardware, software, and cloud services.
• Serve as primary escalation point for Level 1 engineers.
• Own incidents from triage through resolution.
• Participate in post‑incident reviews and root cause analysis.
• Support platform administration and deployments as needed.
