Job summary

Pax8 is seeking a Technology Operations Engineer II to join our Global Technology Operations team in Makati. You will resolve advanced incidents, mentor Level 1 engineers, and own incident lifecycles from triage to resolution.

You will administer AzureAD/Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365, perform health checks, and contribute to automation and process improvements on a rotating schedule across regions. This is a hands-on, on-site role in Manila.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in IT support or similar technical role.
• Strong troubleshooting across devices, applications, and cloud services.
• Experience with AzureAD/Entra ID, Intune and M365.
• Ability to mentor Level 1 engineers and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Advanced Technical Issues: diagnose and resolve complex incidents involving hardware, software, enterprise apps, network connectivity, and cloud services.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for Level 1 engineers.
• Take full ownership of incidents—driving them from initial triage through to resolution.
• Support Platform & Systems Administration: support configuration and administration of AzureAD/Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365, and related enterprise platforms.
• Drive Process & Service Improvements: plan, test, and implement standard changes within approved change management frameworks.

You’ll take on complex incidents, support enterprise systems, mentor Level 1 engineers, and help evolve how Pax8 delivers world‑class internal support.Your work directly impacts our service quality, reliability, and the experience of teams across Pax8.This role will be based in our office in Makati, Manila, working a rotating schedule (EMEA, AMER, Weekend shifts).
