Job summary

Pax8, Inc is seeking a Technology Operations Engineer II to join our Global Technology Operations team. Based in Makati, Manila, you’ll handle complex incidents, mentor Level 1 engineers, and help evolve internal support across Pax8.

We operate on a rotating schedule (EMEA, AMER, Weekend shifts) and require office attendance. You’ll work with AzureAD/Entra ID, Intune, M365, SharePoint, and cloud infrastructure to keep services reliable and secure.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in IT support or similar technical role.
Strong troubleshooting skills across devices, applications, and cloud services.
Experience with AzureAD/Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, AWS/Azure infrastructure, ServiceNow or Jira.
Knowledge of identity management, security best practices, and endpoint protection.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and ownership mindset.
Preferred Certifications MS-100 / MS-101, AZ-104, AWS Solutions Architect – Associate.

Responsibilities

Resolve advanced technical incidents across hardware, software, apps, network, and cloud services.
Serve as the primary escalation point for Level 1 engineers.
Own incidents from triage through resolution and post‑incident reviews.
Support configuration and administration of AzureAD/Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365 and related platforms.
Perform compliance checks, device management, and system health monitoring.
Drive process improvements and assist with platform deployments and automation.
Mentor Level 1 engineers and contribute to knowledge resources.
