TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Leader to design and expand training programs aligned with product training methodologies. You will create end-user and enterprise training, including curriculum, exams, and technical content for IT desktop support, network systems, and AI features.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT/Computer-related course.
• 1–2 years of working experience in training or teaching.
• Solid understanding of conferencing fundamentals (AV routing, screen sharing, bandwidth, QoS, admin roles).
• Knowledge of in-app generative and agentic AI features (transcriptions, summaries, translation).
• Proven track record creating training assets (slides, guides, videos, KB articles).
• Knowledge of IT systems and equipment installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair.

Responsabilidades

• Set standards and expectations through conduct and integrity.
• Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training including curriculum, training, and exams.
• Deliver technical preparatory training for expert technical support and desktop support personnel.
• Accomplish projects and motivate trainees.
• Continuously improve training programs across the organization.
• Revise training programs with product development to resolve issues and improve future releases.
• Develop and maintain technical training documentation and knowledge base articles for Network Administrators and Systems Administrators.
• Develop and execute induction programs for engineering roles to streamline onboarding and accelerate rollout of enterprise applications.
• Monitor trainees progress and discuss with managers.
• Ensure statutory training requirements are met and contribute to e-learning packages.
• Research and present new technologies in workplace learning.
• Ensure adherence to company Code of Conduct.
