Qualifications

• Proficient in Java and OO principles.
• Experience with Spring Boot/Spring Cloud for microservices.
• Leadership experience mentoring developers.
• Strong DB knowledge (MySQL, NoSQL).
• Familiar with Kafka or RabbitMQ and REST APIs.
• Git-based version control proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the exchange platform, ensuring high performance.
• Design, implement, and maintain Java-based apps and systems.
• Write clean, scalable code and manage full SDLC.
• Collaborate with product, design, and dev teams for feasibility.
• Lead code reviews and enforce best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and drive technical growth.
• Stay updated on emerging tech and apply industry practices.
