Qualifications

• Strong Java expertise and object‑oriented design skills.

We are looking for a visionary and hands‑on Technology Lead to spearhead the development and scaling of our high‑performance exchange platform at Coins.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic leadership. You will design and implement robust, microservices‑based Java applications, mentor a talented team of developers, and collaborate across international borders to support our global expansion. Development & Leadership:

• Lead the development of the exchange platform, ensuring seamless operations and high performance
• Design, implement, and maintain robust Java‑based applications and systems
• Write high‑quality, scalable, and efficient code using Java and relevant technologies
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production deployment
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to ensure technical feasibility and adherence to best practices
• Develop clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, staging, and production environments
• Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering their technical growth and career development
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

Required Tech Skills:

• Proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong foundation in object‑oriented programming principles
• Expertise in Spring Boot and Spring Cloud frameworks for building microservices‑based applications
• Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide a team of developers
• Strong knowledge of databases, including MySQL and NoSQL (e.g., Redis)
• Familiarity with middleware (e.g., Kafka,RabbitMQ)
• Familiarity with RESTful web services and API design
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with keen attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience with system performance optimization is a plus

• Communication: Proficient in spoken English; Mandarin speaking and listening skills are a strong plus
