Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years inside sales experience in tech products or computer supplies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills; able to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Strong understanding of services/products; able to innovate product applications.
• Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.
• Innate drive to succeed and take initiative.
• Strong organizational abilities under pressure and in new environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current client relationships and identify potential clients.
• Prospect for new business and build long-term relationships with existing accounts.
• Contact potential customers to develop relationships and sales.
• Develop new sales areas and improve sales through varied methods.
• Research trends and create opportunities to increase sales.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams to meet requirements such as sales numbers and profit goals.
• Handle high outbound call volume.
• Experience: 1–3 years in inside sales.
