EastWest Bank in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Corporate Planning & Business Finance Manager ( FP&A Manager ) to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions and partner with executives to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA/CPA advantageous).
• 5–10 years FP&A/Corporate Finance experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting skills.
• Proven ability to present to senior management and drive business insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, strategic planning, and rolling forecast for units.
• Develop financial models and performance analyses for actionable insights.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability.
• Prepare management reports, exec presentations, and board materials.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance, profitability, and investments.
• Drive variance analysis and recommend corrective actions against targets.
• Support enterprise-wide planning, capital allocation, and cost optimization.
• Enhance FP&A processes and automate reporting where possible.
