The Technology Contracts and Legal Operations Specialist will review, negotiate, and manage technology contracts, working with the General Counsel and cross-functional teams to identify risks, improve workflows,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal cert with relevant experience.
• 3+ years reviewing or negotiating commercial contracts in tech or corporate settings.
• Experience with SaaS, cloud services, licensing, and confidentiality agreements.
• Strong ability to identify issues requiring escalation.
• Proven track record managing many agreements and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Review and support negotiation of NDAs, SaaS agreements, software licenses, and MSAs.
• Draft and revise contract language using templates and clause libraries.
• Identify and escalate nonstandard legal and commercial risks.
• Maintain contract records and data in SharePoint.
• Monitor renewals, notices, pricing changes, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely contract workflows.
• Assist with vendor offboarding and data handling requirements.
• Improve templates, playbooks, and approval processes.
