Job summary
Accenture is seeking an experienced Contracts Counsel to review, draft, and negotiate diverse agreements in a fast-paced corporate setting. You will work with senior contracting lawyers to structure and close client transactions, advise on legal and business risks, and develop expertise across digital, consulting, and outsourcing engagements.
The role requires a law degree and PH practice, with 4+ years in transactional work and strong English/Filipino communication.
Qualifications
- Must have a law degree and be admitted to practice in the Philippines.
- Minimum 4 years of transactional experience in digital, consulting, systems integration, and/or outsourcing.
- At least 2 years negotiating IP and data privacy issues.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to present alternatives with solutions.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Filipino.
- Ability to manage a high volume of transactions independently.
- Experience drafting technology-based agreements.
Responsibilities
- Structure, negotiate and close client transactions advantageous to the company.
- Strategize with senior Contracting lawyers and internal clients.
- Stay abreast of developments affecting the company and industries.
- Educate and advise executives on legal and risk issues.
- Develop subject matter expertise in relevant areas for Legal and/or business.
- Develop internal guidelines and knowledge assets.
- Support and implement Accenture Legal initiatives.
- Evolve to be a pathfinder, architect and business-minded contracting lawyer.
