Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior legal professional to review global software products and provide practical risk analyses, enabling go-to-market strategies that are legally compliant and strategic. You will collaborate with Business teams and legal SMEs to evaluate technology and use cases, develop communications, templates, and trainings, and lead cross-border teams across time zones.

The role requires 10+ years of experience in law firms or in-house at technology companies, fluency in English,

Qualifications

Technology transactional experience drafting and negotiating technology-focused client- and vendor-facing agreements.
Knowledge of data privacy issues, IP law, OSS licensing, and general product development considerations.
Experience with inbound and client-facing agreements.
Experience working with international teams in a global business.

Responsibilities

Review global software products and provide practical legal risk analyses and mitigation strategies.
Develop guidance, templates and trainings for go-to-market teams and product development.
Coordinate with business and legal colleagues to enable compliant productization.
Lead training of junior team members and manage remote staff across time zones.
