Job summary

TaskUs in the Philippines is seeking a Team Leader to drive exceptional customer experience for our clients and lead a high-performing service team in Cavite/Bacoor. You will coach teammates, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure SLAs and KPIs are met across sales and tech support accounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Above-average technical know-how.
• Previous experience working in phone, email, and live chat customer support roles.
• Familiarity with e-Commerce, ZenDesk, or any other CRM tools.
• Flexibility and willingness to work on different shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day planning and operations of your team.
• Make sure teammates meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Organize schedules and manage team rosters.
• Train and coach the team through huddles and sessions.
• Evaluate strengths and weaknesses of teammates.
• Offer solutions for team growth and development.
• Create reports on team performance and document client feedback.
• Handle HR-related issues and liaise with management.
