AIC Phil LLCThe Team Leader – System Admin, will be responsible for leading and managing a diverse team of system administrators. The role will encompass overseeing the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, particularly Windows and Linux-based domain environments. They will also be tasked with ensuring the optimal functioning of backup systems, managing virtual environments using VMware ESXI and vCenter, administering Linux servers, and overseeing the integration and maintenance of Microsoft 365 and cloud systems via AWS and Azure.

Their leadership will be instrumental in ensuring system efficiency, security and the seamless execution of IT Operations across the organization. This role will involve mentoring and coaching junior members in the Information Technology team by teaching them the rudiments of the job, assigning tasks to them and evaluating their performance to determine their level of learning.
