Bill Gosling Outsourcing - Philippines is seeking Customer Service Specialists to support an exciting pioneer account. You will resolve inquiries with empathy, connect product knowledge to customer needs, and aim for one-call resolutions where possible.

• Engage with customers across calls, emails, and other channels to update accounts.
• Align with company core values and programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

In this role, you’ll support customers by resolving inquiries efficiently, accurately, and thoroughly. You’ll balance empathy with confidence and respectful assertiveness, ensuring every interaction delivers a positive customer experience.

We’re looking for individuals with strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. You’ll use purposeful questioning and effective call control to understand each customer’s needs, connect product knowledge with the customer and merchant context, and provide complete solutions—with the goal of achieving one-call resolution whenever possible.

What You'll Do:

• Help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services

• Ensure to deliver BGO and client metrics and expectations on a regular basis.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

• Update customer files with appropriate information and ensure information being placed in customer files follow regulatory, client specific, and corporate guidelines

• Engage with customers on all inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other channels of communication applicable and/ or supports to update customer’s account information

• Champion company core values and other company programs

• Other duties as assigned
