Safeguard Global is seeking an experienced Implementation Team Lead in the Philippines to lead and empower a team of Implementation Project Specialists and Project Managers. You will ensure seamless, high-quality implementations and timely client go-lives.

In this role, you'll balance people leadership, project oversight, and client focus to drive operational excellence, manage risks, and foster continuous improvement across global engagements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and motivate implementation teams to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timely go-lives, clear ownership, and effective stakeholder coordination.
• Monitor project backlogs, workloads, KPIs, and forecasts to keep implementations on track.
• Identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and support complex client and worker escalations.
• Ensure high service standards, SLA achievement, accurate reporting, and smooth handovers to ongoing operations.
• Conduct regular one-to-ones, provide constructive feedback, and support team training and onboarding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement.
