Safeguard Global is recruiting a Talent Solutions Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of clients, working closely with hiring managers to understand needs and connect them with the right talent.

This hands-on role focuses on sourcing, candidate engagement, client partnership, and successful placements—without sales or business development responsibilities. Remote-first with flexible scheduling supports family and life outside work.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency recruitment or end-to-end Talent Acquisition.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive, service-oriented mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Manage multiple vacancies across different clients, roles, and locations while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with specialist Sourcing Teams and agency partners to build strong talent pipelines.
• Share market insights on talent availability, salary expectations, and hiring challenges.
• Ensure accurate recruitment records, positive candidate experience, and continuous improvement in delivery.
